The story of my business is that of a woman-individualist, sensitive to art and the needs of others, who broke away from the pressures of her surroundings to not fit in. I gave up my full-time job as a teacher and my PhD to follow my vision as a woman mentor and artist.

I mentor women in creating their authentic image in the media and business world strategically, coaching and somatically in alignment with their highest truth. I also publish on topics related to body-mind psychology and wellbeing. I am a certified coach in tutoring and a specialist in somatic trauma work in embodiment, open floor and elemental work.

Vera, is an abbreviation of my third name, Veronica, which means “authentic”, and to that I lead mentors, while Pearl or Pearl is the name I was called at home and brings to mind the jewel of our potentials.

How I work

            My story

I work in mentoring and workshops to transform the mindsets of my female clients and guide them towards a metamorphosis of redefining their value as mentors who do not know how to use their potential.

I also work somatically and processually in an expressive method with the art of relaxation in the body. In my work I use therapeutic and performative tools of visualisation, isolation, inner parts work (IFS), dance, improvisation and visualisation in movement to regenerate, deepen the relationship with the body and encode new behavioural patterns.
